the wait time was less than 10 minutes from the time I arrived until I was seen by the nurse. x-ray tech was prompt and it wasn't long after she left that the doctor examined me. In all, I may have been there 45 minutes,

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. This hospital uses fairly current equipment, but its really nothing special and could use an upgrade. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
