The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was completely distressed during my appointment. After my appointment in the ER, I have been harassed non-stop by a billing company because the hospital did not process my insurance nformation properly. After SEVERAL conversations with them, they STILL refuse to rebill my insurance company to receive proper reimbursement. Stupid people work their billing department and refuse to work with the patient to get through the confusion of insurance billing. they prefer to pass the buck to a collection agency. I will NEVER use their facilities again....EVER!! Way too much hassel and rude people who work there. Contacting the BBB next and then the hospital admin.
