My wife had total shoulder replacement on Jan. 6th, 2021. Everything WAS excellent and exceeded our expectations! The STAFF was very understanding and made changes to accommodate our needs. Dr. Redmond is TOPS!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. Maybe it's because many people only post negative ones.

As for the emergency department, any ER can experience overloads and they work on a priority system, so someone bleeding out is given precedence over minor injuries or something better handled by urgent care or a family practitioner.
