At a dark point in my now short life, I can say they tried as hard as they could to provide me with the best help they could. Unfortunately they didn't succeed the first time and I went to another rtc, the other one wasn't as good as memorial.Memorial really did go WAY above and beyond to help me. But I was smart enough to play the game and "tricked" them into letting me out. They were always good to me and I see that time as a well learned experience.
