I believe in whole body wellness and that massage therapy is an effective treatment for health management, pain, stress, injury; chronic pain and relaxation.

I offer a private, comfortable setting for body work by appointment only.

I will adapt my approach to the client's needs and preferences—from deep pressure to gentle work; from specific pain relief to general relaxation or athletes who want their muscles to perform better. I help the client learn body awareness, stress reduction, and active self-care, so they can make the most of the benefits of massage after a therapeutic session.

I can say way too much so I'll start with rating Body Wellness and Madeline. Both receive a 10++; a 5 Star just isn't enough for the results you receive physically; emotionally and mentally as well as the cozy atmosphere. Where to begin... I have had neck surgery with a titanium replacement. I also have had chronic pain in my lower & upper back over twenty years; working all of those years and going to physical therapy forever. Have you heard of deep tissue massage; cupping; lymph node drainage; and then a sauna to finish it off? All of these combined is not just going to get a massage or a spa treat, I go there for my Wellness. Madeline has educated me so much more on what my body is telling me and what treatment will work the best. I lay on the table at the end feeling as if I'm floating above the table with my body and energy level so alive. I have so much flexibility and range of movement now that I never thought I'd get back. I can not wait for my next treatment. Have you bought your Christmas gift for a friend; your sweetie? They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Before they even started my massage, they asked me detailed questions about my preferences for the massage. They made an extra effort to make sure I got the exact massage I was hoping for. Every single time I visit, they vary their technique so I don't get the same massage every time. They are extremely knowledgeable.
