I would not recommend him to anyone. He did not help me. In fact, I would say he did quite the opposite and made the situation even worse. He told me at one point that I didn't really need help, but my husband needed help in learning how to deal with my mental problems. He talks incessantly about himself and his past issues. He recommended a few books but did not really do thorough follow up. He stood me up for several appointments when I was going through a very low period.
