The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Merati is very amiable, caring, and always shows a sincere concern for the pains that I am having. He thoroughly explained the treatment method in-depth to me before he started treatment on my back. I was very much prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was very much comfortable. The equipment he used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. He made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. He makes an extra effort to communicate with his patients and myself, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. He does tell me that my progress is very much affected by how often I come in, and I believe that it is very good advice! I would recommend Dr. Merati to anyone!

On May 14th, 2013, I was searching for a chiropractor in the Yellow Pages. The first 2 I tried calling were before business hours, so I reached an answering machine. The 3rd one I called was also before business hours; however, Dr. Merati himself answered the phone. I explained to him that I was having horrible backpain (even to the point of preventing me from walking). He told me to be at his office at 8:30 a.m., when he opened his doors. After being there for 2 hours of him working with me, I was able to walk back out his doors on my own. He told me I needed to continue seeing him 3 times a week until things were better. I told him that I couldn't afford 3 times a week...twice a week was pushing it for me. Dr. Merati informed me that my next visit would be on him. He really cares about his patients and is sure to do everything in his power to help them. He really loves his job, and is not in it for the money. He and his staff schedule their appointments in a timely fashion. Thanks!
