I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The Dr. never touched my skin or examined my rash closely. Asked about laser hair removal and I was given a price sheet instead of explanation of how laser works and number of treatments. When I questioned the procedures I was told I looked confused and to go home and think about it them call back!!! Dr. appeared bored and gave short uninterested answers.
