OMG! I have never encountered such a rude, sharp girl on the phone before! I wanted to make an appt and her attitude was unreal ! When she asked a second time what day I would prefer I said Well, as I mentioned Monday after 11 would be good if........and she interrupted stating: Well you arent the only one Ive talked to you know. I said Im sorry but Im not trying to give you a bad time but I was going to finish and say IF Mon after 11 isnt good for you guys another day is fine. She continued being rude and post her gathering my name and # I asked whom I am speaking to and she said Who am I speaking to? I replied: You have my name but wow, you need to cancel my appt. You are very rude and she says flippantly OK FINE GOODBYE! and thats just a part of how rude she was! MY GOD! Hire ppl who are pleasant !!

If not for these folks, don't know what our situation would be right now. Dialated my Daughter's eye's and immediately noticed that, she had bleeding behind both eye's and that swelling was causing hydrocephalis. She is currently being treated for a Grade 3 Pineal Tumor. Really don't care for the customer service, it could be a whole lot better, but truly appreciate their service.
