Dr. Vondran has a great reputation in the community. I was given high recommendations about going there. When I see her, her staff makes me feel welcome. I've always felt very respected. Dr. Vondran has helped me immensely and has adjusted my medications so I feel better and think more clearly. I have lost weight, which is a good thing, because the medication I was on caused me to gain about 25 pouds. I highly recommend Dr. Vondran. Other doctors took an approach which I compare to a shotgun hitting the broad side of the barn. She has a targeted approach and hits the bull's eye every time. Doctor Vondran pinpointed my physiological problems and really listened to my concerns. She makes sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and she's always available if I have any more questions I want answered.

I've seen Dr. Vondran and with her initial eval, she is looking at her computer screen a lot because she is writing a very comprehensive mental health evaluation. She knows what questions to ask about your history because that plays a part in what's going on with you now. She does the comprehensive bloodwork to find out what you're deficient in because that also plays a huge part in your mental health, whether it be hormone levels, vitamin D level, thyroid and cortisol levels.

She is late. The reason being is that some days, some of her patients NEED the extra care. And she spends her time with you. If you were experiencing a mental health crisis, would you want her to spend time with you? It doesn't always happen, but sometimes people need it. She also does neuroscience and if you would, look that up online. She is the only psychiatrist in Kitsap County (that I know of) that does that. If your neurotransmitters are messed up in your brain, if there's something to help ease that or even make it better, then this is right for you. She does NOT prescribe supplements, however neuroscience has a list of supplements that could benefit you.

I've never had a bad experience with staff either. Sometimes it's all on your outlook and how you choose to hear what people are saying rather than what they are actually saying. And sometimes people don't always want to hear what is being said to them.
