They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.
