My approach to acupuncture is rooted in the belief that the natural state of our bodies is one of balance and health. When symptoms arise, I see them as signals of an underlying disharmony calling our attention to some otherwise unnoticed need within us. In designing my treatments my aim is not simply to eliminate the symptoms but to answer their call by attending to the deeper need. When this call is met, symptoms generally disappear and patients report the added benefit of a deeper level of peace and self-awareness in their lives.
