One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth.

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
