I have only been to Team Health Care in Champlin once but I got an overwhleming 'salesy' feeling and am not sure I am going back. The office itself is pleasant and easy to get to but the expectations that I would have to buy extras were set upon me starting with leading questions in the paperwork, the customer reviews in the lobby, and the expectations set by the provider when she came in. It was all sort of car dealership or timeshare-ish to me. I know I have the option of saying NO but their website and paperwork specifically says if you dont go along with all they tell you, they will refer you elsewhere. She also didnt shut the door when we went through my medical history and I was told by the person who made my appt that I could have an adjustment at my first appt and when I asked the chiropracter she told me she didnt have time. I am disenchanted and will most likely not return.

They told me I needed oxygen with sata at 97%...do not let these people talk you into stuff that is not medically necessary. 30 minutes of Oxygen will help with cluster headaches but not much else. I ended up in urgent care after the manipulation.
