They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either.
