There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I was definitely numb when I left my appointment. It made me nervous that something had gone wrong. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone else. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did with this chiropractor. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Doctor on staff is very unprofessional in treating clients only for the money. The staff at this location is very nice, they try to work with each other. However the doctor is just focused on the money.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
