Unprofessional. Hard sell. Rude. The facialist walked into the room and announced how much money I had on account, then proceeded to try to upsell me on the facial and sell me products, despite my continued responses that I was not interested. Angry, I opted to use the rest of the money on account (they won't refund anything) on product. This same facialist approached me in the lobby and PUT HER HANDS ON ME! Two complaints to the spa got zero replies. No thanks.

I set an appointment and while I was taken back in a timely manner, my stylist was not very welcoming, she did not ask questions about how I wanted my hair, I had to tell her every step of the way, my hair was cut wet, which is not the best way since I have a lot of waves and she used a razor to thin, which causes split ends. My daughter was with me and when we were speaking she asked the stylist to straighten the ends as they were curling out and was told "the ends are curling because they are sitting on her shoulders", not because she was drying with a round brush. All in all, I was very unhappy with my services and would never go back.
