Eric is the best massage therapist to which I have ever been and I have been to a lot of them. I have had chronic shoulder pain, which massage therapy and even physical therapy could not alleviate. I went to Ledges Therapeutic Massage initially thinking I will try again with another therapist. With two visits my pain was gone, and still is. I am now a regular customer. Eric can do pure relaxation, deep tissue, or some of both, depending upon your needs. This is not a spa nor does it claim to be. While the facilities are basic, I do not go there for the ambiance, I go there to feel better.

I purchased a groupon for this place for my mom for Christmas, thinking what a great deal for an hour massage. She tried scheduling an appointment for a massage, but Eric never answered the phone or returned her calls. She started leaving messages on Jan 18th asking him to call her back to schedule an appointment. He never did. She left her last message on Jan 30th, saying that she had been trying to schedule an appointment for the past two weeks, and again asked him to call her back to schedule an appointment. This time, he called her back. He flew off the handle, yelling at her on the phone, and told her that she had not been calling for two weeks, and that he did not want to take her as a client, and to get a refund for her groupon. This man is very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this groupon, because I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to honor these vouchers.
