Mark Applebaum is the vet you WANT to have. He is a deeply knowledgeable, gentle and kind man. He is supposed to be a vet. He doesn't push treatment on anyone's pet - ever! His general philosophy is that least is best. He doesn't go for pushing pills or surgery.

When he does surgery - it is with advanced technique. We had our cat de-clawed - generally a gruesome process that damages the cat. Not so with Mark Applebaum, His procedure was to remove the nail surgically WITHOUT cutting off our cats "fingers."

If you love you pet - this is the man you want treating him or her.

Mark Applebaum is exactly the sort of person you want to be a vet. He loves creatures, cares deeply about them - and the humans that bring them in. This is a good man in the world and potential patients, and their humans want this guy to be their vet.
