Nothing was accomplished during my pet's appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the veterinarian and how things went. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.
