This veterinarian wasn't really compassionate when my pet was sick. They just gave me the facts and didn't really appear to care that much. The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. There was a hint of some smell I couldn't detect, but I didn't like it. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. This veterinarian was not very friendly to either me or my pet. That didn't sit well with me.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
