This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They were by far one of the best I've ever se en in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The restrooms at this office were spotless. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I feel as though the person that gave a one star review is being way too dramatic and is giving a bad review just because they can. Read the other reviews... This place is always clean, and the new building is nicely laid out.
First of all i drove from conncticut to maine to assist my mom in the neuturing of our dog which was scheduled for weeks. no one called the day before to confirm so upon getting there we were told it would cost $25 with the voicher we had for the services. so we drove 2 hours out of the way ( also met someone who drove from past bangor who was told the SAME info) and when we got there the staff blamed the mistake on one of their wmployees who they claimed wasnt even employed by them anymore. the $25 fee now turned into nearly $200, something someone like me on a fixed income can certainly not afford. the staff lacked pure professionalism and wouldnt take wouldnt take responsibility for their mistake. refused to let me speak with the owner but promised theyd have him call me and havent. i an completely sickened and DISGUSTED to no end with this place. do not fall for their lies. the facility itself is dirty and the staff have NO control over the numerous peta that come in. i plan on going to the media about this so no one else falls for the trap we did that lisbon rd hospital cant take responsibility for, they even started laughing at my 67 year old mother because of their mistake and lack of professionalism. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PET IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET.....Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. It's like a circus here! It was so chaotic in this veterinarians office, there were just so many pets everywhere I thought they might pull out their hair. They probably shouldn't schedule clients so close together. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
