It was horrific and the most terrible experience that has ever happened to me and my baby ever in my life. She was not euthanize but murdered that day. I went in there as a new client w him not knowing that I have been a vet tech all my life and it was a holiday so he was careless and it was definitely malpractice and in humane what happened that day. Being a member of the United States Humane Society also certified to euthanize myself ,employed by the SPCA as well as the Humane Society in Jacksonville Florida I am highly educated enough to know what happened that horrific day should not go on and he shouldnever be able to practice veterinary medicine again...if you love your pet you would not go to this veterinarianI am in the process of and it will be under investigation what happened and what goes on in that clinic ,my baby had to sufferfor a very long time and it will be in my head for the rest of my life because of Scott Tate

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them.
