I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
