Dr. Klenofsky is very nice and knowledgeable, but the woman at the front desk is unfriendly, confrontational and rude. With the economy in shambles and the amount of vets out there, you think she would see the value in being nice to your customers. I drove way out of my way to go to Dr. Klenofsky, but it's not worth being treated like dirt!
