I cant thank Dr Delinda and her staff enough for helping me on the morning of 1-11-23 when my stray cat furry friend of 2 months came back to my house injured after 2 days of missing . I did not know where to turn . I went to the animal hospital that morning she returned after working a 12 hour night shift myself with this injured young cat asking for help .I WAS NOT TURNED AWAY! the doctor and office staff was incredible, gentle, informative ,and extremely compassionate! being a health care professional myself I truly cant thank everyone enough for all the help your hospital and staff provided to me for my furry friend(Isabella) who now has a forever home! God bless everyone at your animal hospital.

In my experience this clinic is too over booked to the point where they didn’t know dog owners as the bring your dog out. I had my dog in for a procedure and was charged $600 over what I was told the cost will be. Since you can’t go in to speak with the vet I called the clinic and was told I would receive a call back later today. Never received a call and I tried calling them again the next day. The vet said my dog would need the procedure again and he didn’t have time to call me back yesterday because he had to leave and go work on a farm?? The vet told me the tech should not have given me a price even though I was told to call the desk for a price. I still had the pay the full amount. Very poor customer service and care for my dog.

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Yes, they were immaculate.
Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition?
Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Was this animal hospital's staff friendly?
Yes, they went above and beyond
