We are very upset with the negligent attitude toward our sick pet. We took him there because he had not been acting himself lately; full blood work was not recommended to make sure the low-grade fever he had was not something serious--even after our concern for his health. Almost a week later, he ended up passing away due to a detrimental systemic infection that also caused a massive pleural effusion. Even after emergency vet care that consisted of chest taps, oxygen therapy, IV antibiotics, and multiple fluid replacement, it was not enough to restore his health. We are very upset that our concerns were not taken seriously before his sickness got out of hand.
