Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. As a first time puppy owner they answered all my novice questions and more! The office was very easy to locate and they have plenty of parking. And, Saturday morning hours. I will absolutely return. The staff was very welcoming to me and my puppy and the facility was immaculate.
