I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
