I have always had a great experience with acredale lake james office friendly staff and accomadating office in fact my dog(yorkie-poo) is not afraid to go inside he actually likes to go in. he gets groomed and all his medical appointments.OUR OTHER DOG BIT-BULL MIX HAS NO PROBLEM AS WELL thank-you sessoms
