They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They can handle basic and complicated procedures. I like Dr. Lopresto, he takes his time with me and fully explains what, and why. I need to know exactly why my dog needs what, the history of whatever is prescribed. Any and all possible risks and/or effects of whatever he is being prescribed, be it medicine or an injection. The environment he is going to be in, the amount of discomfor the procedure will put him through. Dr. Lopresto will explain all of this. The other doctors not so much. They assure me he will be taken care of and run to the back. The front desk staff, can be a little snippy. It is a gamble with who you come across, they are okay but not the best. The manager here (Maria) is very good. She listens and she promotes a compassionate way of doing things. She also helped us in a time of need when we were unexpectedly compounding vet bills. I have never visited any other vet office so I have nothing to compare to, but I will say $45 for an appointment seems steep.
