I called to schedule an appointment and asked if they could look into joining my health insurance company so that I wouldn't have to drive my young daughter an hour away for an in-network provider. Th e receptionist just said, "No, we don't usually do that." She did not take any of my information or even offer to ask the person in charge. She simply allowed me to cancel my appointment and go away. I'm glad business is so good they can afford to turn away clients without any effort to keep them! Disappointed.
