Having dealt with Morgan County Childrens Services I feel they are nothing but a big joke. They dont take what you say seriously, my daughter has been ignored from her allegations of abuse by her dads girlfriends son....BUT because he owns CJ Concrete down there and has done concrete work for the staff, he was listened to. Here in Franklin County they would of acted on it from day one. Ruben Kittle and his supervisorf Jodi who the hell ever need to take some courses in their field. I have taken this problem further and will never deal with this Mayberry RFD county on these issues again. Even the sheriffs department thinks they are a joke. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHILDREN, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS A PAYCHECK.
