for two months i have sent letters, left phone messages and dropped off letters in the night drop and have never been notified. ever since the department has stopped assigning case workers i have not been able to get through to inform them of income changes. this has been like this for about 2 years. ive written to jeff city also. today i am driving there and going to be there when they open to straighten this out., hopefully. im tired of generated letters to me stating they didnt recieve requested information when i sent it to them in plenty of time for re certification. sent it , faxed it, it doesnt ever matter. i feel as though my paperwork is on different peoples desks and in different piles all over who knows where.
