Dr. Hagan had been seeing my daughter for several months now. It took 5 appointments before she could come up with a diagnosis and will not release my daughter's medical records of her diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Hagan gave me a two week notice of a bill that was due immediately and refuses to reschedule or release the diagnosis until the balance is paid. What kind of doctor does not accept payment plans and refuses to finish treating a child?!? Not to mention my deductible had already been met so Dr. Hagan had already collected over $1000 for treatment. I will not be back! Furthermore, I did not received any feedback or insight into these meetings with my seven year old the through the entire process. I'm chilling a complaint with the medical board for malpractice.
