I called to schedule an appointment and had not heard back after being referred by my sons doctor. When I called back for a follow up the man that answered the phone literally said, “good luck with that” in reference to having Ms. Sherfey call me back. He then proceeded to be rude and when I asked to leave her a message he reported she is the provider that takes too many clients and can’t handle what she has. Completely unprofessional. He then offered to put a note on her door along with apparently 3 others he has placed on there. He didn’t have a number for me to reach out to her and hung up on me when I called him out for his unprofessionalism.
