They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I suffer from ptsd and have seen a providers over the years. he was by far the best. the only reason i stopped seeing him is because I relocated.
