They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.
Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
