My husband abandoned me suddenly after 33 years of marriage. Barbara provided me with the support I needed to pick myself up, believe in myself again, and to create a hopeful future. She is such an empathetic listener and used a multitude of therapeutic tools to help me heal emotionally from the trauma of divorce and PTSD. I was able to turn my life and my mind around take useful action in the present. Today I am a grateful person who is excited about the possiblities my my life. Thank you, Barbara.

Barbara is so resourceful. If one solution doesn't work (I may not work as hard as I should with each homework assignment and therapy does take work!), she will have more waiting in line to try. She's continually learning new and updated information too. Some things have totally changed me for good and I am so grateful. If you want a typical therapist to chat with, find someone else. If you want to hack your brain, see Barbara.
