This is not about the gym itself, it's ok. However, the company requires written documentation sent to them to cancel and then they claim they never received it. They charged my account, the bank disputed it and took it back, and then the company charged me again. The best thing to do if you do use them is keep it to paying yourself every month or they will steal money directly from your account and tell you there's nothing they can do. Since I was disputing it, I never even used the service they are charging me for. Disgusting and unprofessional!!!!
