Never done martial arts before NO PROBLEM our specialty is taking raw beginners and teaching them how to box like a professional boxer. We have designed a teaching method that allows anyone to learn, regardless of how coordinated you may or may not be. This is going to be the coolest gym you’ve ever been to. It’s like spending time with your best friends.
We offer beginner, intermediate fitness classes as well as competition level instruction for Men, Women, Youth and Children.
There's nothing like a Boxing or Kickboxing gym. Nothing can match the energy, the excitement and the characters that boxing and kickboxing brings out. We train all our students (Men, Women, Kids) like professional fighters without the black eyes and broken noses! You’ll get a great work out, get fit and learn real skill. If you want to take it to a competitive level we have that too! Our competition team has earned titles and belts and competes all over New England.
