Just DO NOT try to cancel your membership! We tried repeatedly to cancel and the staff claimed it must be done in person, so I went there several times and no one had time to meet with me. The man at the front desk said you have to sit down with the membership specialist so I waited for over an hour each time and still no membership specialist so I asked the man at the front desk to speak with a manager and he said he is the manager but will not be able to help me with cancelling and proceeded to smile at me. I wrote them a letter of cancellation and left it at the front desk. We continued to recieve monthly invoices in which we contacted them and informed them that we had cancelled in writing. "No sir, you must submit your cancellation on our cancellation form only" They have now sent a collection agency after us for $<url removed>. This has now been going on for an entire year. January 15th 2014 my wife called in to speak with a manager and Kristen Drinovsky said she is the manager and was completely rude to my wife telling her that she can speak when she says she can speak. Nice facility, BAD BUISNESS!!!

We were charter members. My wife quit early because the staff was strange and because they kept changing the rules eliminating features for exercise that they promised (like a 9 am pool exercise class). I was thrown out for using the word "hell," in reaction to a rude staff member interrupting a conversation with another member. Also, the Tai Chi class is stopping.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
