Most of the trouble was probably due to the Affordable Care Act, with everyone trying to get insurance the first 9 months was hell. I wont say who in insurance provider was, they where to take payments out of my checking every month. That didn't happen, so I would write a check, they would cash it and say I didn't pay. I would spend 3 to 4 hours one or two times a week on the phone to correct the problem thinking the problem was corrected, it wasn't. I would call the following week and nothing would change. I was dropped twice because they said I didn't pay, but I did. This went on for 9 months, A friend told me about Moji as an agent. In about 45 minutes the problem was fixed. Yes 5 stars.
