Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
