I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.
