I would give zero stars if possible for this establishment. My family member was there for 4 months. Two weeks after being sent there for rehab she fell and had a huge bruise on her chin and jaw. No one ever called us about this. We found out when we went up there. Good thing we visited on a regular basis. Her room mate was left laying in her own feces for more than two hours. Unacceptable!! If you think you can call and talk to your loved ones think again. It is too much like work for them to go and get them for you. There are no phones in the rooms and they are extremely rude if you dare call to speak to your loved one. Plan on buying new clothes every week because they just disappear never to be seen again. Loved one was taken off of medicine without speaking to her primary doctor. We were not informed of this until the day she was released, Who knows how long she was without vital medication. Also, within a month she contracted a staph infection that she still has!! MRSA!! Could say much more but will leave it at this. Final word..HEED the warning! Stay clear of Bentley's!!
