This place mistreated my Granny. They delivered her food then tried to take it from her, while she was eating!, less than 5mins later! Another lady came to her room a couple minutes later and attempted to do the same thing. My Granny asked if she had done something to offend them or make them angry with her because of their attitudes. She was totally ignored. Her nightgown was thrown on her bed at 6pm. My Granny said I dont want to get ready for bed yet I dont go to bed till 10pm...so the lady said 'fine then! you can get dressed by yourself!' then left the room. This is just ONE EVENING!! Not to mention the medical care...my Granny arrived in the afternoon, a severe diabetic, and wasnt given her medicine at 4pm, 10pm, or 10am the next morning. Until my mother called and made a scene. Ridiculous! I was NOT happy with any of the service received there... no wait!..the receptionist was very friendly.
