Horrible place. Wouldn't leave my pet there. My loved one was placed in a room with no air conditioner, only a swamp cooler during the month of August in 100+ heat. Whenever we turned it on to cool the room down, providers would turn it off! Provider wouldn't even place a fitted sheet on the mattress, which is a basic need, ADL's were not kept up, cable didnt work, no clock, calendar or phone to keep my loved one stimulated, oriented or somewhat entertained. Provider was rude and denied us visiting on occasions. Provider would complain that our loved one "kept them up all night", guess it's not 24 hour care. Facilitator constantly made us feel unwelcome to visit our loved on, who was literally on his death bed. If it was up to me, I wouldn't have let my loved one stay there longer than a hour!

Tuparan Residential Care Facility, Inc. is a great place for your mom and dad. The homes are beautiful with modern amenities. The staff are professionals and show such love, compassion and caring for their senior residents. They provide excellent service. The administrator is a nursing professional and has great love and passion to care for my grandmother. I am very pleased with the service they provide and thankful that I found a great place for my grandmother. I highly recommended this place for their loved ones.
