They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
