Scheduling your surgery is impossible. They make you wait to the day before which is hard when you 75 years old and need someone to drive you.
I'm scared and totally not happy with the process. I am praying the surgery goes better than the scheduling staff .

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
